We will take office hours and access into account when agreeing the booking. Work may be arranged during normal hours, in a quieter part of the day or outside business hours where this is possible and has been confirmed in advance.

Access and working hours are agreed

We discuss occupied desks, meeting rooms, shared facilities and any times when noisy or dusty work should be avoided. Where possible, the work is planned so essential parts of the office can continue to be used.
