Our Hourly Rates

Handyman
Standard Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8am – 6pm
£68 first hour, minimum charge of 1 hour
£13.50 per ¼ hour thereafter
Plumbing
Standard Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8am – 6pm
£98 first hour, minimum charge of 1 hour
£24.50 per ¼ hour thereafter
Electrical Repairs
Standard Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8am – 6pm
£75 for the first hour
£18.75 per ¼ hour thereafter
There is no VAT applicable to our published rates. However, in some cases we may need to use VAT-registered providers,
in which case VAT will be applied where applicable. We will always notify you at the time of booking if this applies.
Our Rates Explained
We aim to keep our pricing simple, transparent, and fair:
- No travel charges within our standard service area
- No call-out fees
- One-hour minimum charge, thereafter billed in 15-minute increments
- Materials charged separately where required (see materials section below)
- Payment is due at the end of each visit by credit / debit card or via bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in advance
- No additional fees for credit or debit card payments
- No VAT on published rates unless otherwise notified
Materials & Consumables
Each of our tradespeople carries a selection of standard consumables, including screws, wall plugs, sandpaper, as well as common plumbing and electrical consumables, to ensure work can be completed efficiently.
Where additional or specific materials are required, customers are encouraged to supply these in advance. Alternatively, we can source them on your behalf. All materials and consumables supplied will be charged at cost plus a 25% handling fee.
All materials provided by us are covered by the applicable guarantees under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Additional Charges
While we aim to keep pricing straightforward and transparent, additional charges may apply in certain situations. These may include parking, tolls, or work outside our standard service area. All such costs will be discussed and agreed in advance where possible.
A £25 ladder premium applies to work carried out above first-floor or roof height.
Where access is not available during the agreed appointment window, a nominal missed appointment fee may be applied to cover time and fuel.
South West and South East London
Properties in areas bordering South West and South East London may fall under the pricing structure of our SW London service.
